Rosa Bazyluk is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Chief since June 2021. Prior to this role, Rosa held the same position at Andela from March 2019 to June 2021, where the focus was on connecting global talent with opportunities. Rosa's expertise includes significant positions at Yelp as Senior Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager from February 2017 to March 2019, and at Green Key Resources, where Rosa was the Director of Staffing for Accounting and Finance from October 2010 to February 2017. Rosa's career began with various roles at America Works, United Pet Supply, and SABIC Innovative Plastics, showcasing a strong background in recruitment and human resources. Rosa holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources/Information Systems and a BS in Business Administration, both from the University at Albany.
