Erica Anderson Rooney serves as Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of Employee Experience at Blue Acorn iCi. In addition to these roles, Erica is a member of Chief and the founder of ERA Advisors. Previous experience includes working as HR Manager for Employee Engagement at bioMérieux and HR Manager & Benefits Administrator at Eli Global. Erica is currently pursuing studies at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, having participated in the I Am The Future Leadership Program focused on Organizational Leadership from January 2021 to December 2021.
