Tebe Tubagus Syailendra Wangsadisastra is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in various sectors, particularly in agriculture, waste management, and technology. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of ChickIn since June 2020, Tebe leads initiatives to enhance poultry farming productivity through innovative housing products and IoT systems. As an Endeavor Entrepreneur and participant in ScaleUp Growth Batch #3, Tebe is deeply involved in fostering entrepreneurial growth. Additionally, Tebe holds the position of Commissioner at Buangdisini, a social enterprise focused on sustainable waste management. Tebe's previous roles include Founder and CEO of Gojek, International Trade Support at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Founder of UP & UP and MiMi. Tebe's educational background includes a degree in International Business from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Brawijaya, and ongoing Executive Education at Harvard Business School.
