Rizqi Amrullah is an experienced talent management professional with a diverse background in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as the Talent Management Lead at Chickin Indonesia since August 2022, Rizqi has previously held key positions such as Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sayurbox and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dagangan. Rizqi's expertise includes end-to-end recruitment processes, talent management strategies, and human resources development, demonstrated through roles at PT Indolakto and PT Jaya Ekspress Transindo, among others. Rizqi holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani and has a solid foundation in HR practices cultivated since 2016.
