Robert Harris has over 15 years of work experience in the IT field. Robert'smost recent role is as a SAP Senior Systems Analyst at Chicken Farmers of Ontario, where they provide production support for SAP systems and analyzes end users' business requirements. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2020, Robert worked as a Senior ABAP Developer at BDI. Before BDI, they worked at Accenture from 2006 to 2014 in various roles including System Analyst/Software Engineering Team Lead, Analyst Programmer, Senior Programmer, and Programmer.

Robert Harris has a diverse education history. In 1997 to 1999, they attended Sheridan College and obtained a Computer Programmer Diploma. From 2003 to 2005, they pursued a BA in Information Technology at York University. Recently, in 2021, they attended Mohawk College and completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Analysis.

In addition to their formal education, Robert has obtained numerous certifications. In 2022, they completed the "Business Analysis Foundations: Business Process Modeling" certification through LinkedIn. In 2021, they achieved certifications such as "Microsoft Power Automate: Advanced Business Automation," "Microsoft Power Automate: Business Process Flows," "Microsoft Power Platform Foundations," "SAP ABAP Programming Best Practices," "Microsoft Power Automate Essential Training," "Business Intelligence Analyst - Foundation," "Access 2019 Essential Training," "Dealing with Microaggression as an Employee," "Requirements Elicitation and Analysis," and "Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner." These certifications were acquired through various institutions such as LinkedIn and IBM.
