Lance Hicks has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lance began their career in 2003 at Coca-Cola Customer Business Solutions, where they held roles as Group Manager Sales Support and Manager National Program Activation Team. During their time there, they implemented online tools for Franchise bottlers and connected the bottling system to national accounts. In 2011, Lance joined The Coca-Cola Company as Group Director Product Order Management, where they managed a team of over 70 associates and successfully transformed order management and customer service. In 2019, Lance transitioned to Chick-fil-A Corporate, taking on roles as Business Consultant and currently Principle Operations Lead. Overall, Lance has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and a strategic mindset in their various roles.

Lance Hicks has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from The University of New Mexico. Lance also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Lance has obtained the ServSafe Manager certification from the National Restaurant Association in March 2022. Lance also has a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt from The Coca-Cola Company, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are not specified.
