Dr. Daniel Dohnalek joins Great Lakes Dental Partners after three decades of practicing dentistry, and he continues to work clinically at the Manus Dental Lake Zurich office. Dr. Dohnalek graduated from Indiana University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. He earned a Doctorate Degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 1983. Following dental school, Dr. Dohnalek attended the Oral Cancer Program at Michael Reese Hospital.

Dr. Dohnalek believes that communication and patient education are essential for a positive doctor-patient relationship. He has a special interest in advanced cosmetic dental restorative techniques, including dental implants, crowns, bridges, and porcelain veneers.

A member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society, Dr. Dohnalek also serves as a board member of the American Cancer Society. Dr. Dohnalek resides on the North Shore with his wife and their two children. Dr. Dohnalek is an active sports participant and coach, and he especially enjoys running and golf.
