Alex Conway is a seasoned professional in client services and sales within the sports industry, currently serving as a Client Services Executive for the Chicago White Sox since April 2018. Responsibilities include nurturing relationships with season ticket holders and enhancing ticket benefits for businesses. Previous roles with the White Sox involved maximizing revenue through group ticket sales and leading a sales team, achieving over $400,000 in group sales during the 2019 season. In addition to experience with the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Bears in gameday operations and customer service, Alex held various positions in sports ticket operations and fan services, further complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Public Relations from Carthage College.
