Kyle Welch serves as the CEO of Chicago Scoops, LLC, the largest Cold Stone Creamery franchise group with over 50 locations, since May 2014. Previously, as CEO of Epic Burger from May 2019 to September 2020, Kyle led the brand to recognition on QSR Magazine's 40/40 List for America's Hottest Startup Fast Casuals in 2020. Kyle also held the position of Operating Partner at Chicago Caesars LLC from May 2012 to March 2017, managing a multi-unit franchise group for Little Caesars Pizza across Illinois. Earlier roles include Lean Champion and Training Coordinator at Sizzling Platter, LLC, where Kyle implemented Lean Six Sigma methodologies and facilitated new store openings. Kyle Welch is a certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt and holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University, completed in 2009.
