Zadia Navarro is an accomplished individual with a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Illinois State University and a previous educational experience at ESSCA. Zadia has participated in several programs that emphasize leadership and professional development, including the Braven Accelerator as a Student Trainee and the Chicago Scholars Lift Scholar program. Zadia also gained practical experience as a Hospitality Operations Intern at Selina, collaborating across departments to enhance customer experiences, and as a Client Success Intern at Skai, working in digital marketing. Additional internships at Aspire Institute and Project Destined provided valuable exposure to leadership skills and commercial real estate, respectively. With a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving, Zadia is proficient in English, Spanish, and French, further enhancing the ability to engage with diverse populations.
