Anne Marie Spehar, MS, MA, CCMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and transformation leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Change Management for Chicago Public Schools, Anne Marie is responsible for managing change initiatives within one of the largest school districts in the United States. As the Founder and CEO of Strategic Change and Transformation Leadership, Anne Marie specializes in building and leading Global Enterprise Change Management practices. Prior positions at The Kraft Heinz Company, Mondelēz International, Slalom Consulting, and various organizations have equipped Anne Marie with a robust background in strategic change management, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development. Anne Marie holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and a Master’s degree in Marketing Communication and eCommerce from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
