Mike Vinopal has a diverse work experience. Mike started their career in 2013 as a Special Education Teacher at Chicago Public Schools, where they worked until 2017. In 2019, they joined Hope For The Day as a Director of Education, a role they held until 2021. Currently, they serve as an Outbound Lead at Chicago Music Exchange.

Mike Vinopal completed their Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Indiana University Bloomington from 2001 to 2007.
