Joseph Soldati has a diverse work experience in the music industry. Joseph started their career in 2014 as a Student Teacher at Brookline High School and Benjamin Banneker Charter. From 2014 to 2015, Joseph worked as a Sales Associate and East Coast Customer Representative at Concord International Group Inc., where they were responsible for sales, marketing, and support for string instruments. Joseph represented the company at the NAMM Show in California. In 2015, Joseph joined Rayburn Musical Instrument Co., Inc. as a Boston Education Representative and Customer Support, managing rental accounts and addressing customer concerns. In 2018, Joseph began working as an Instrumental Instructor at Guitar Center, providing instruction to beginning to intermediate students and coordinating student recitals. Joseph also supported customers with equipment information and recommendations. In 2019, Joseph worked as a Customer Support Specialist on a temporary assignment at Concord International Group Inc., where they improved customer support operations and worked with retailers to enhance product sales and brand loyalty. Currently, Joseph is employed as a Customer Service Team Lead at Chicago Music Exchange.

Joseph Soldati earned a Bachelor's degree in Music from Berklee College of Music, which they attended from 2010 to 2014.
