Caroline Bourjaily currently serves as the Development Operations Officer at Chicago Jesuit Academy since June 2024. Prior to this role, Caroline worked as a Strategy Research and Data Analyst at the Greater Cleveland Partnership, where responsibilities included data analysis for strategic initiatives, research on best practices, and grant tracking. Caroline also interned as a Research and Data Intern focusing on equity and inclusion, delivering evaluations and authoring reports on wage demographics in Northeast Ohio. Earlier experience includes an internship at Global Cleveland, where project work centered on immigrants' economic and social development, and various roles at Whole Foods Market, Chicago Angels, and BIGGBY COFFEE. Caroline earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from John Carroll University in 2022.
