Paul Wright serves as the Senior Assistant General Counsel at the Chicago Housing Authority since January 2004. In addition to this role, Paul has been the Director at Enterprise Group since 2007, where the focus is on advanced management practices and technologies for operational efficiencies. Paul also leads a communications and marketing firm, specializing in network optimization, targeting global financial institutions and hospitality sectors. Previous positions include Trustee at Chiaravalle Montessori School, Director at PARR, Founder and Principal at Network Enterprises in the Cayman Islands, Assistant General Counsel at GE Capital, and Senior Counsel at Deutsche Financial Services. Paul holds a JD from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington, with earlier education in German and business and economics at Washington University in St. Louis and the Goethe Institute in Germany.
