Bruce Merrell has over 40 years of experience in IT management and auditing, currently serving as a Performance Analyst/Auditor in the Office of Inspector General at the Chicago Housing Authority since August 2019. Prior to this role, Bruce worked at RSM US LLP from September 2005 to March 2019 as a Technology Risk Manager, specializing in IT risk and internal audit consulting with a focus on data analytics. Bruce's career began at Avon Products, Inc., where from 1979 to 2005, responsibilities included Senior IT Manager and Order Preparation Manager, overseeing IT Sarbanes-Oxley compliance across national and international distribution and manufacturing facilities.
