Elinor Dale-Schmidt is an experienced workforce and volunteer management professional, currently serving as Workforce Manager at Chicago Event Management since June 2023. Prior roles include Special Initiatives Coordinator at People's Resource Center from February 2021 to June 2023, and Assistant Manager of Volunteer Operations at New York Road Runners between January 2020 and January 2021. Elinor's extensive experience in volunteer services encompasses positions such as Director and Associate Director at Carter Burden Network, as well as a role in Youth and Family Outreach at First Presbyterian Church.
