Kevin Walsh currently serves as the Director of Minor League Operations for the Chicago Cubs, a position held since October 2022. Previously, Kevin worked as an Advisor for Sporting Operations & Strategy with the Chicago Red Stars. From October 2019 to October 2022, Kevin held multiple roles with the New York Mets, including Assistant Director of Player Development and Manager of Player Development Initiatives for the 2021 season. Kevin's career also includes significant experience with the Los Angeles Dodgers, where roles ranged from Coordinator of Amateur Scouting to various positions within Baseball Operations Video. Earlier experience includes internships and roles with the Boston Red Sox, culminating in a varied background in player development, scouting, and operational logistics within professional baseball. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Marketing from the University of Richmond.
