Joseph H. has over two decades of experience in various roles within workforce development and education. Currently serving as a Program Monitor and previously as a Program Coordinator at the Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership since 2010, Joseph has demonstrated a strong commitment to community service and program oversight. Prior experience includes serving as the Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions and Financial Aid for the Medill School at Northwestern University from 2006 to 2009, and as a Career Advisor at Workforce Development, Inc. from 2002 to 2006. Earlier in their career, Joseph held positions as a Programmer/Analyst in Flight Operations Research at United Airlines (1997-2001) and as a Travel Counselor at CIEE (1994-1997). Joseph earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Anthropology from Earlham College.
