Jacquelyn Vaughn, MHRM, serves as the People and Culture Manager at the Chicago Children's Advocacy Center since May 2018, where responsibilities include managing HR policies, payroll, benefits, and talent management while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Previously, Jacquelyn held various HR roles at Henry Booth House from October 2004 to May 2018, including Program Manager, Family Case Management Program Coordinator, and Case Manager, with a focus on program implementation, staff training, and employee relations. Jacquelyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Human Resource Management from North Park University.
