Monica Shah currently serves as the Manager of Human Resources - Employee Development & Engagement for the Chicago Bulls since February 2024. Prior to this role, Monica held the position of Director of People Operations at Scholarus Learning from September 2022 to February 2024, and at Education Elements from March 2016 to February 2024, contributing to the enhancement of employee experience and engagement. Monica's background includes roles as Senior Design Principal and Design Principal at a K-12 education consulting company, focusing on implementing district-wide initiatives through design thinking. Earlier experiences include working as an Instructional Designer at Amplify, Chief Learning Officer and Content Manager at Kiddom, and as a General Education Teacher at Glenview Public School District and SUCCESS Academy. Monica holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an ESL Endorsement from Concordia University Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
