Simone Newman is a dedicated mental health professional currently serving as Practice Manager and Pre-Licensed Therapist at the Counseling Center of Arlington Heights, LLC, since August 2023. In addition, Simone works as a Mental Health Technician at Chicago Behavioral Hospital since May 2023. Previous experience includes roles as Medical Intake Coordinator and Medical Screener at Compass Health Center from August 2020 to June 2023, and as Counselor and Manager of Student Behavior at Ombudsman Educational Services during the summer of 2019, where Simone managed student behavior and applied disciplinary measures. Simone's career began as a Paraprofessional at Ombudsman Educational Services in the summer of 2018, providing support and applying positive reinforcement to aid students. Simone holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Psychology from National Louis University, expected in June 2024, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completed in 2020.
