Tommye Billing is the Chief Information Officer/VP Information Technology at St. Vincent Health System. Prior to this, Tommye held the position of RCIO at Catholic Health Initiatives. From 1999 to 2001, Tommye served as the CIO at Eclipsys Corporation. Tommye attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and graduated from Gurdon High School with a General degree.
