Bree Anderson-Burtis has a wealth of experience in the media and marketing field. Bree began their career in 2007 as an Editorial Assistant and Photo Intern for the BHSU Jacket Journal. In 2009, they took on the role of Copy Editor and Paginator for the Laramie Daily Boomerang. In 2010, they moved to the Wyoming Tribune Eagle as a Features Designer. Two years later, they joined the Wyoming Business Council as a Multimedia Specialist. Most recently, in 2014, they became the Marketing Coordinator for Cheyenne Frontier Days, where they are responsible for growing and maintaining the brand across all social media platforms, website, design, photo and video, as well as working with 3,000+ volunteers to set up successful event campaigns.
Bree Anderson-Burtis obtained their Bachelor's degree from Black Hills State University in 2009, majoring in Photography, Computer Publishing, and Commercial Art. In 2011, they earned a Certificate in Web Design from Laramie County Community College. Prior to that, they attended Laramie County Community College from 2005 to 2007, studying Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs.
