Michael Balster is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in energy and environmental law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Chevron since August 2017, Michael previously held positions as an Energy and Environmental Attorney at Hartman King PC and Paul Hastings LLP. Additional experience includes roles as an Environmental Attorney at Hunton & Williams LLP, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, and Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Michael began a career in environmental engineering at Hull & Associates, Inc. and Dayton Water Systems. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Denver and a B.S. in Engineering from The Ohio State University.
