Andres Romero-Delmastro has served at Chevron since August 1998, holding various titles including Chief Counsel for Strategic Issues and Litigation, Managing Counsel for both Strategic Issues and Special Litigation, and Supervising Counsel for Enterprise Litigation. Significant responsibilities involved leading the Legal Department for Chevron Upstream Europe, overseeing legal affairs across multiple European countries, and managing legal teams in Norway and the Netherlands. Additionally, Andres has been a board member for Chevron's subsidiaries in various countries and provided legal support for upstream operations in the U.S. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy General Manager of the Negotiations & Legal Department at Tengizchevroil and being a Fulbright Scholar at Harvard Law School, where an LL.M. was obtained. Education also includes a law degree from Universidad del Zulia. Currently, Andres is a board member of the Harvard Law School Association of Northern California.
