Dana Sullivan has extensive experience in data management and analysis, serving as a Research Analyst II and previously as GAIN Data Management Associate II at Chestnut Health Systems since June 2008. In this capacity, Dana leads data preparation and analysis for the Recidivism Reduction Initiative Project, produces narrative reports for various Native American tribes, and co-leads site calls and visits. Additional responsibilities include development tasks for GAIN data tools, training new staff, and managing over 30 sites simultaneously. Prior to this role, Dana held multiple positions at Walgreens, focusing on customer service and training. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business Administration from Illinois State University and an Associate of Arts from the College of DuPage.
