Justin Tellus currently serves as the Academy Head of Recruitment & Development Officer at Chesterfield Football Club since September 2021. In addition, Justin is an Industry Board Member for City & Guilds and has held the position of Director at H&BIE since December 2008. Prior experience includes working as SC Development Manager at Leeds United Football Club from April 2019 to September 2021 and as Development Manager at Matlock Town Football Club from June 2015 to May 2019. Justin's football career began in youth football at Sliema Wanderers F.C. Youth Nursery and continued through various clubs, including Valletta FC and Birkirkara Football Club, culminating in professional play until December 2008. Justin completed education at St. Joseph College.
