Luke Richardson is a Senior System Engineer at Chess Dynamics, specializing in land-based electro-optic systems across the full engineering lifecycle since July 2023. Previously, Richardson served as a System Engineer in the ISR department at Thales, where contributions were made to the integration, verification, validation, and qualification of an electronic support measure system. Prior experience includes roles at Atkins, focusing on Enterprise Architecture development and intelligent transport systems, and as a Project Engineer at Offset Services Ltd on complex 3D data acquisition at Hinkley Point C. Richardson began a career with a summer internship at The University of Manchester, where data was analyzed for scientific research, and holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
