Max Berry is a versatile theater professional currently serving as a Creative Producer, Resident Artist, and Commissioned Playwright at First Kiss Theatre Company since January 2021, where a notable interactive Zoom play was created. Max has contributed as a Writer for Encore Monthly Theatre Magazine and as a Chess Tutor for Chess At Three since 2019. Additionally, Max is recognized as the Creator and Co-writer of the comedy web series "Hey, Professor!" which was an official selection at NYC Webfest 2021. Previous experience includes an internship at The Tank NYC, recruiting for Marymount Manhattan College’s Fine and Performing Arts program, and writing original plays performed at both Marymount Manhattan College and the Hudson Guild Theater. Max holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts with a concentration in Playwriting from Marymount Manhattan College.
