Sibani Konwar is a civil engineering graduate with a Bachelor of Technology from Assam Engineering College, completed in 2022. Currently, Sibani serves as Secretary and Treasurer for Toastmaster International since September 2020, while also managing media and publicity for CHESS in the same timeframe. Past experience includes internships at PWD Construction Limited and the Irrigation Department, where civil engineering skills were developed in 2021.
