Lisa Cochran is an experienced HRIS professional with a diverse background in human resources information systems across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an HRIS Analyst II at Chesapeake Utilities Corporation since March 2022, Cochran has previously held positions including HR Data Analyst at Meritus Health and HRIS/HCM Analyst at LandCare LLC. Significant expertise includes support and administration of the Ultipro system, leading upgrades, and enhancing functionality to improve HR processes. Cochran has also collaborated with various health organizations to optimize system usage and minimize manual workflows.
