Toni Parks-Payne, PHR, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Services at Chesapeake Energy, a position held since April 2003. In this role, Toni oversees the human resources department, encompassing talent management, benefits and compensation administration, employee relations, and various specialized teams. Toni is also responsible for the company's Employee Services team, which includes managing multiple onsite facilities and programs. Prior to this, Toni held several director-level positions at Chesapeake Energy and worked at the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City as Director of Aquatics and Aerobics. Toni holds a Master of Arts in Wellness Management from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations with a concentration in Kinesiology from Kansas State University.
