Andrea Mikulenas is an experienced professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Cherry Health since October 2023. Andrea is the owner of AM Learning Solutions since December 2015 and has held key positions such as Senior Solutions Architect at MindSpring from May 2020 to November 2023, as well as Senior Instructional Designer and Instructional Designer at Inno-Versity | The Learning Experts from May 2017 to May 2020. Andrea's earlier roles include eCare Project Lead and Instructional Designer at Hope Network, where responsibilities encompassed facilitating EHR instructor-led training and designing web-based EHR eLearning courses. Andrea's career began with internships and positions at the Michigan Department of Human Services and Thresholds.
