Uno Lin has extensive work experience in various sales and business development roles.
Uno started their career at TECO Electric & Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2008 as a Deputy Manager. In this role, they contributed to generating NT$200M in sales per year, built strong relationships with clients, and assisted in the formulation and implementation of business strategies.
From 2011 to 2013, Uno worked as a Senior Account Manager at AVer Information Inc. Uno successfully developed new distributors and tender companies in the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey regions, resulting in a 90% hit rate and an annual revenue contribution of 3M USD. Uno also played a key role in implementing new government projects and effectively controlled the P&L to meet company targets.
In 2013, Uno joined Anhui Agency as a Sr. Sales Manager. During their tenure, they developed new distributors and tender companies in Vietnam and Thailand, focusing on LCD monitors, projectors, and signage. Uno built a new sales and marketing team, managed various channels, arranged local expos, and significantly increased revenue from 1.2M USD in 2014 to 8.5M USD in 2016.
Uno then worked at Adonit from 2017 to 2022. Uno initially served as a Business Development Manager for the MEA and ASEAN regions, focusing on developing new distributors and expanding business in various territories. Later, they took on the role of Sales Director for MEA & APAC, where they rebuilt the sales team, achieved revenue growth of 100% in 2017 and 85% in 2018, and invested heavily in Amazon US and Taiwan e-commerce. Uno also developed new business partners in Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, China, and the MEA region.
Most recently, Uno joined CHERRY in 2022 as a Sales Manager. Uno'sresponsibilities include penetrating the Cherry MX Switches business, building long-term partnerships, and conducting risk assessments.
Uno Lin attended Northumbria University from 2006 to 2008 to pursue a Master's degree in Business Management with Marketing.
