Suganthi Rathinam has a diverse work experience in various industries. Suganthi started their career as a Process Executive at Personiv in 2016. In 2018, they worked at Millwright Engg pvt ltd as a Service Engineer. Suganthi then joined Integra Global Solutions Corp in 2019 as a Data Reporting Analyst. In 2021, they became an AR caller at Infognana Healthcare Services. Currently, they are working as a Junior Engineer at CHERRY, starting from 2022.

Suganthi Rathinam pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at S N S College of Technology from 2012 to 2016.
