Seth Ezell, CPA, is a seasoned tax professional with experience in federal and state and local tax (SALT) matters, specifically with S corporations, partnerships, and individuals. Currently serving as a Tax Manager at Cherry Bekaert since January 2024, Seth focuses on large, multi-state, closely held businesses and their pre-exit owners. Prior experience includes roles as Tax Supervisor, Tax Senior, and Tax Associate at RSM US LLP from January 2021 to January 2024, and an Audit and Assurance Associate at Deloitte from September 2019 to December 2020. Seth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Citadel and a Master of Professional Accountancy from Clemson University.
