Charles Heim, P.E., serves as a Senior Construction Manager at Cherokee Federal since August 2022, bringing extensive experience from a decade-long tenure with the United States Air Force. During this time, Charles held various leadership roles, including Installation Management Flight Commander, where management of 78 personnel and oversight of 351 housing units occurred. Charles successfully directed process improvements and identified project requirements for enhancing housing quality. Other key positions include overseeing program execution and design processes, managing multi-million dollar projects, and deploying operationally in the Middle East and Africa, where significant projects totaling over $126 million were executed. Charles holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama.
