Shahriar Kabir has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Shahriar is currently the Founder of their own company, Stealth, which they established in 2023. Prior to that, in 2021, they were the Founder and Co-CEO of Cheres. From 2018 to 2021, Shahriar worked as a VC Investor at TI Platform Management. In 2017, they co-founded Pulse Industrial, where they developed automatic inspection tools to improve industrial plant safety and efficiency. At Teledyne DALSA, they served as an Associate Project Manager in 2016. Shahriar also has experience in infrastructure asset management at the City of Waterloo in 2015, and as a Renewable Fuels Analyst at Environment and Climate Change Canada in 2014. Shahriar worked as a Customer Service Representative and Roller Coaster Operator at Six Flags from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they gained research experience as a Water Contaminant Field Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo in 2013. Shahriar started their career in 2011 as a Social Worker's Assistant at Centre Locale d'Emploi Lasalle.

Shahriar Kabir has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc) degree in Environmental Engineering, Honours, obtained from the University of Waterloo. Shahriar completed this degree as part of the Co-operative Program. Additionally, they participated in an Exchange Program at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne), where they studied Environmental Sciences and Engineering. Prior to these higher education experiences, Shahriar Kabir obtained a DEC degree in Pure and Applied Sciences from CEGEP - John Abbott College. Shahriar also holds High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from Collège Saint-Louis, including a DES, IB, and SÉBIQ.
