Shadrack brings a wealth of experience in Administrative and Operations Management, Sales, Business Strategy and Finance Operations, having spent over 24 years in various roles within the Financial Services sector in the East African region.

He has grown from mid-level to senior executive level positions held in over 7 microfinance institutions, among them ECLOF, Kenya Women Finance, Juhudi Kilimo, Momentum Credit and Turame Community Finance (Burundi). He has successfully designed and implemented Microfinance operations, reorganization, transformation, turn around and finance strategies over the working period. Shadrack has served as a consultant for Cherehani Africa and currently sits on the board as an MFI expert.

Besides many MFI courses locally and internationally, Shadrack has an MBA in Finance from Kenya Methodist University.
