Shilki Eesha currently serves as the Head of Legal Compliance at Eqvista since January 2024 and has held the position of Head of Operations and Compliance for the US and Hong Kong at Cheqly since April 2021, where achievements include launching a digital bank for B2B payments and establishing a compliance practice. Additionally, Shilki has served as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) at Startupr Hong Kong Limited since April 2021 and has a background in regulatory and financial crimes as a Manager at ComplianceAsia from December 2017 to July 2021. Previous experience includes roles as a Program Specialist at Consilio LLC and a Senior Associate at Puri & Puri (Advocates & Solicitors). Shilki holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from Delhi University, completing studies in 2011 and 2008, respectively.
