Philip Bibby is an experienced leader in strategy and planning, currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Planning at CHEP since January 2008. With a strong focus on strategy development, digital transformation, and business transformation culture, Philip has held various leadership roles within CHEP, including Strategy & Planning Leader and Organisational Excellence Leader. Prior to joining CHEP, Philip gained valuable experience at Kellogg Company as a Sales Finance Business Partner and Senior Cost Accountant, and began a career at Beever and Struthers as an Audit Senior after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. Philip holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Management from the University of Leeds and is a member of the ICAEW.
