Hormis Tharakan is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations West at CHEP since August 2024, overseeing four plants and multiple third-party logistics providers with six direct reports and 200 indirect reports. Tharakan's background also includes significant roles at Nature's Path Foods, where responsibilities spanned manufacturing and supply chain management across multiple plants, and director-level positions at Bosley's/Pet Value and Best Buy.
