Florika Dave currently serves as the Director and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at 3Pillar Global, starting in January 2024. In addition, Florika holds the position of Principal Client Manager and Head of Talent Acquisition for North America at Chenoa Information Services since January 2015, where responsibilities include client success and the development of talent acquisition strategies. Previous roles include Account Manager and Recruiter at Chenoa, and positions as a Sales and Marketing Analyst, Application Engineer, and Sales Engineer at various organizations. Florika Dave holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from South Gujarat University.
