Joy Sirvent has over three decades of experience in various human resources roles. Joy started their career in 1989 at Burdines the Florida Store, where they held multiple roles, including Assistant Store Manager, Director of Adminstrations, and Group Sales Manager. In 2005, they moved to Macy's, where they progressed to roles such as Director of Human Resources, Multi-Store Human Resources Manager, Regional HRBP, and Corporate Employee Relations Manager. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director at ChenMed.

Joy Sirvent studied Early Childhood Education and Teaching at New York University.
