Mariela Gutierrez is a seasoned chemical engineer with extensive experience in process engineering and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Cheniere Energy, Inc. and working as an Independent Process Engineer Consultant for 4A Projects, Mariela has contributed to various projects involving oil and gas, including start-up procedures for mini-refineries and the development of operating training manuals. Previous positions include roles at Technip, where significant studies were conducted on surge analysis and zero liquid discharge, and leadership in process engineering teams at Technip VeLan and Proyecta Corp. Mariela possesses advanced degrees in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar, including a Master of Science and a post-graduate degree in Management. Additionally, Mariela has a strong background in training, having instructed ChemCad Process Simulations courses across multiple countries.
