Ahmed El Mahi joined Chenavari in December 2015. Prior to joining Chenavari, Ahmed was a Vice President in the Asset-Backed and Principal Finance business at RBS. He has also worked at Oakwood Global, a Specialty Finance PE investment group, at UBS on the Mortgage Trading Desk, and at Credit Suisse in the Asset Finance Capital Markets business.

Ahmed holds an MEng in Information Systems Engineering from Imperial College London, an MBA from MIT Sloan and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.
