Bradley W. Lightfoot, P.E., MBA, serves as the Principal of MDS Baseball Bats since June 2011, overseeing wood baseball bat manufacturing. Concurrently, Bradley leads civil and structural engineering operations as the President of BWL ENGINEERING, ensuring quality control and effective design approaches. In addition, Bradley has held the role of Outside Structural/Construction Engineer/Manager at Chemstress Consultant Company since February 2005, coordinating engineering and construction management efforts. Previously, Bradley served as Vice-President of Engineering Services at Infrastructure Services, Inc. from July 1993 to February 2005 and held project management positions at Chemstress Consultant Company and GPD Associates, Inc. Bradley earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Akron and a Master of Business Administration from Kent State University.
