Lauren Macolino has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Lauren began their career at Tantrum as a Stylist from October 2012 to October 2013. Following this, they interned at Splash of Pink from October 2016 to October 2017. In 2019, Lauren joined N.Peal London as a Sales Specialist, where they excelled in various responsibilities such as planning and executing in-store events, building strong client relationships, creating store displays, and assisting with inventory management. After their tenure at N.Peal, Lauren worked at Chelsea Piers as both a Gymnastics Instructor from January 2015 (current) and an Administrative Assistant from October 2018 to June 2019. Most recently, they joined Nordstrom, where they have held multiple roles, including Seasonal Service Experience Representative from November 2020 to March 2021, Service Experience Assistant Manager from March 2021 to January 2022, Interim Service Experience Department Manager in January 2022, and currently serving as the Service Experience Department Manager since February 2022.
Lauren Macolino obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Sacred Heart University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. During their time at Sacred Heart University, they also had the opportunity to study Marketing at the university's Luxembourg campus for a limited period in 2017. Before attending university, Lauren Macolino completed their secondary education at North Haven High School from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they acquired a certification in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in May 2020.
