Wes Lentz has over 40 years of experience in the grain and milling industry, demonstrating a progressive career trajectory. Starting as a Shift Miller at The Pillsbury Company from September 1976 to 1987, Wes moved on to serve as a Department Manager at Midwest Grain Products from January 1987 to May 1997. Since June 1997, Wes has held various positions at Chelsea Milling Company, including Project Support, Flour Mill System Specialist, and Mill & Elevator Department Manager.
